Britanie has joined the Call Center Solutions team as of February 1st. She will fulfill the duties of an Administrative Coordinator. We are thrilled with the talents and experience she brings to the table.
Britanie is a Jamaica native and grew up in the Montego Bay area. She graduated from the College of Hospitality Services with a NVQJ in Hospitality Operations. While completing her education, she received certification from both the American Hotel and Lodging Association and the Jamaica Centre of Tourism Innovation. She has extensive hospitality training and call center experience which will be an asset to our ever-growing team.
We are delighted to have her as a part of the CCS family! We look forward to watching her grow and achieve her goals!
