Our first Call Center opened its doors in 2019 with the purpose of providing clients with a wide array of services to improve their bottom line. Our headquarters is located in Shop#20 at the Sagicor Business Center in Montego Bay, St. James. Our sales floor is host to 78 agent stations and 3 supervisor stations. Our employees also have access to facilities such as a break room and multi-purpose boardroom.
Call Center Solutions quickly gained traction by representing clients from coast-to-coast. Our company has opened a second location in Montego Bay, St James at GWEST Lot 6 on Crane Boulevard, Fairview. This expansion presents the addition of 175 agent stations and 5 supervisor stations. Each seat is in rotation of multiple employees. Our new location will also have a breakroom, multi-purpose boardroom, and outdoor patio for our employees. With this expansion, we are thrilled to offer our services to new clients while providing the same exceptional service to our existing clients alike. This new facility will launch operations January 1st, 2022.

Some services we extend to our customers include end-to-end customer support with omni channel chat, full call center services, human resource oversight, and recruitment support.
